Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Who we are

Unovative is operated by Lattee & Logs Pvt. Ltd., a technology and AI services company based in India. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit unovative.com and its sub-pages (“Site”).

For our full cookie disclosure see our Cookie Policy. For privacy-related enquiries contact us at contact@unovative.com or hello@unovative.com.

2. Data we collect automatically (analytics)

When you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, we activate PostHog , an open-source analytics platform. PostHog automatically captures:

  • Pages visited, the specific URL paths and page titles viewed during your session.
  • Time on page & scroll depth, how long you stayed on each page and how far you scrolled.
  • Button and link clicks, interactions with call-to-action buttons and navigation links across the site.
  • Session recording, a replay of your browsing session. All form inputs (including the Calendly booking form) are automatically masked and never recorded.
  • IP address & approximate location , PostHog derives country and city from your IP address. The raw IP is processed by PostHog's servers and is not stored in our own database.
  • Device, browser & operating system , whether you visited via mobile, tablet, or desktop.
  • Traffic source & UTM parameters, the website or campaign link that brought you to the Site (e.g. a LinkedIn ad or email campaign).
  • Return visitor recognition, an anonymous random ID stored in your browser's localStorage (not linked to your personal identity) so we can count returning visits.

If you decline or do not respond to the cookie banner, none of the above is captured. PostHog's privacy policy: posthog.com/privacy.

3. Email address and booking data

When you book a consultation session via our Calendly widget, Calendly sends us a secure server-side notification containing:

  • Your name and email address
  • The chosen meeting date and time
  • Whether the event was subsequently cancelled or rescheduled

This information is stored in our own private, encrypted database. We use it to:

  • Confirm your booking and send a calendar invite
  • Follow up regarding your enquiry after the meeting

We do not add your email to marketing lists, share it with third-party advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond managing your booking and follow-up communication.

Calendly's own privacy policy applies to data you enter within the Calendly widget: calendly.com/privacy.

If you subscribe to our newsletter in the site footer, or apply through Careers, we store your email (and name, when provided) so we can send occasional Unovative updates. This is separate from booking data. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

  • Analytics data, processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Booking / email data, processed on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as the processing is necessary to provide the consultation service you requested.
  • Newsletter subscribers, processed on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you subscribe in the footer, or when you apply through Careers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Data retention

  • Analytics data (PostHog), retained for up to 12 months on PostHog's servers, in line with their standard retention policy.
  • Booking records (name & email), retained in our database for 36 months from the date of your booking, after which they are permanently deleted.
  • Cookie consent preference, stored in your browser's localStorage for up to 1 year.

Under GDPR and applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access data we hold about you
